In Trakiet Village in Kampong Speu Province, the Mirja-Sachs Foundation supported its long-standing and close-knit project partner W.P. Schmitz Stiftung building a kindergarden and a children’s playground for around 240 children aged 2-5 years. The children are educated and prepared for elementary school. In addition, they and their mothers receive basic medical care and regular check-ups. Through training and special education in hygiene, the sanitary situation of all the families involved is significantly improved.
