Non-profit children’s charity organization.
The Mirja Sachs Foundation is recognized by the Munich Tax Office as a non-profit organization and is authorized to issue tax-related donations.
The control of the Foundation is governed by the Supervision Authority of the Government of Oberbayern. The annual financial statements are audited by a German auditor.

Sustainable support for children in need. The purpose of the Foundation is to be achieved, in particular, by providing direct financial assistance to children in need as well as grants to non-profit organizations whose exclusive or predominant purpose is the support and support of vulnerable children.
