Supporting rehabilitation of handicapped children St. Petersburg, Russia

In the G.N. Romanov center in St Petersburg children with damaged central and peripheral nervous system are treated with special rehabilitation measures. The Mirja Sachs Foundation has been supporting this institution for years by (1) purchasing a leather sewing machine to produce special shoes that enable these children to walk, (2) funding therapies for a number of children and lately (3) covering the cost of a website to, among others, offer its expertise in the manufacture of orthopedic shoes.
